CERAVEX PPF WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
At CeraVex PPF, we understand that protecting your car is more than just a choice—it’s an investment. That’s why we’re here to answer the most common questions car owners have about Paint Protection Film (PPF). From how it works to how long it lasts, our goal is to provide clear, reliable information so you feel confident in safeguarding your vehicle.
Whether you drive a luxury car, a sports model, or your everyday ride, our experts are dedicated to ensuring you get the perfect balance of durability, shine, and peace of mind.
The Ceravex PPF Warranty applies exclusively to the Ceravex range of TPU PPF (Paint Protection Film)
products (excluding accessories), when used, installed, and maintained in accordance with the official
Ceravex Technical Data Sheets and Application Guides available on our official channels.
Your warranty will be activated upon successful form submission within 30 days of the PPF’s purchase and installation.
Warranty registration requires the following mandatory details:
- Clear photograph of the vehicle after installation with PPF box.
- Name, address, and contact details of the installer/detailer
- Name, phone number, and email ID of the customer
- Date of purchase and installation invoice number
- Vehicle chassis number
1. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
- Warranty applies only to privately owned vehicles where Ceravex TPU PPF has been professionally
installed. - Installation must be performed by a Ceravex-certified installer or professional detailing center.
- Installations done by private individuals are not covered.
- The PPF must be applied to original manufacturer paint (OEM).
- The customer must follow the maintenance guidelines provided in the Ceravex Application Guide.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage automatically ends upon resale of the vehicle.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period depends on the PPF variant:

3. WHAT IS COVERED
Ceravex warrants against yellowing and cracking of the PPF material when caused by delects in
manufacturing or materials.
Il a warranted defect is confirmed, Ceravex will supply the replacement PPF free of charge. The
replacement product will be shipped to the customer or their installer.
4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover:
- Any defects or blemishes present before installation (installer responsibility to reject faulty film prior to use)
- Installation or removal damages
- The warranty will not cover for any repainted parts of the vehicle
- Damages to the underlying vehicle surface or paint
- Lifting, peeling, or adhesion loss within 14 days of installation due to improper cleaning or use of harsh chemicals/detergents
- Scratches, impact damage, or environmental damage after installation
- Installations performed by untrained individuals or uncertified installers
- Neglect of recommended maintenance procedures
5. LIMITATIONS & MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
Warranty applies only to installations done by certified professionals using genuine Ceravex products.
- PPF must be cleaned at least every 4 months using approved Ceravex PPF Care Products.
- Minor and gradual changes in transparency, color, or gloss, as well as slight edge lifting over time, are considered normal and not covered under warranty.
- Climatic effects and natural aging are not defects.
- Any installation not following Ceravex’s technical specifications or maintenance requirements will void the
warranty.
Note: This warranty provides replacement product only and does not cover labor or other costs associated with removal or reinstallation. Ceravex shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
